ANOQR Scholarship Exam 2026: fee, syllabus, results and payout explained
The ANOQR Scholarship Exam for Std 1–12: who can apply, the ₹100 fee, the three sections, how winners are chosen and how ₹1,000 a month is paid.
The ANOQR Scholarship Exam is an online scholarship exam for school students across India, run by ANOQR in association with Brets Pvt Ltd. This guide explains it end to end, so you know exactly what you are paying for before you register.
Who can take it
Any student studying in Standard 1 to Standard 12 at a school in India, in any curriculum — CBSE, ICSE/ISC, any State Board, IB, Cambridge/IGCSE or NIOS — in any state or union territory. There is no income limit and no category requirement.
A parent or guardian registers on the student's behalf. Registration needs an Indian mobile number and an ANOQR account (a parent's account is fine). That one account is how you come back for the exam, the results, the certificate and the free courses.
What it costs and what you get
| Exam fee | ₹100 per attempt, paid online |
| Winners | ₹1,000 every month for 12 months (₹12,000 in all), a memento, a verifiable certificate, and LangVR courses worth ₹1,00,000 |
| Every participant | LangVR courses worth ₹25,000, unlocked the moment the exam is submitted |
The participant courses are not a consolation line. They open on langvr.com, with the same account, as soon as your child submits — whether or not they win.
The exam itself
The exam is one hour, online, in one sitting, on a phone, tablet or laptop:
- General knowledge — 15 minutes. India and the world, science around us, history, geography, sport and the environment.
- Life skills and character — 15 minutes. Short real-life situations where the student chooses the kind, honest, safe or sensible thing to do.
- English language — 30 minutes. Vocabulary, grammar, listening, reading, building sentences, a few lines of writing, and reading one sentence aloud.
The level matches the standard. A Standard 2 child taps picture-simple answers and builds a sentence from word tiles; a Standard 11 student writes a 100-word opinion paragraph. Every student in a standard gets a different selection of questions of the same level.
You can take the exam any time after paying, until the last day of that month's exam window. A registration paid after the 25th of a month joins the next month's exam, so nobody is left with only a few days. If you pay and miss the window, the registration moves to the next month once, free.
How winners are chosen
- Every standard has its own merit list. A Standard 3 student competes only with Standard 3 students.
- The highest scores win; ties are broken by the time taken.
- A student must score at least 60% to be eligible.
- Results are announced on the 5th of the following month at anoqr.com/scholarship/results.
How many scholarships are there?
This is worth reading carefully, because it is the question honest families ask. The number of scholarships each month depends on how many students take part. Each month's scholarships are funded from that month's exam fees, with the scholarship fund kept at no more than half of them — which works out to about one scholarship for every 267 registrations. The scholarships are shared between standards in proportion to how many students registered in each.
So a scholarship is a real prize, but not a likely one for any single child. What every child does receive is the hour of practice, the score, and ₹25,000 of courses.
Didn't win? Try again
A student who does not win can pay the exam fee again and re-attempt at any time — even in the same month. If a student sits more than once in a month, only their best attempt counts on that month's merit list.
How the scholarship is paid
After results, the winner's family enters the student's bank details in the dashboard — a minor's account or a joint account with a parent is fine. Once the account is checked, ₹1,000 is transferred on the 5th of every month for 12 months.
Is it marked fairly?
Answers with one right option are marked instantly. The written answer and the read-aloud are marked by an AI examiner against an age-appropriate rubric. It judges clarity and correctness and does not penalise a natural Indian accent.
Every certificate carries a code that anyone can check at anoqr.com/scholarship/results — useful for a school notice board, and the reason a certificate from this exam cannot be faked.

How much scholarship do winners get?
₹1,000 every month for 12 months, a memento, a verifiable certificate and free LangVR courses worth ₹1,00,000.
When are results announced?

Is there a minimum score to win?
Yes. A student must score at least 60% to be eligible, and then the highest scores in each standard win.

Yes. A phone works; it needs a working internet connection, a microphone for the read-aloud question and headphones or speakers for listening. A laptop or tablet is easier for older students writing a paragraph.
