1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ANOQR - Apex Network of Opportunity, Quality and Results, a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO). ANOQR will have legal entities registered in India and other countries as per legal and operational requirements.

By accessing or using the ANOQR platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using ANOQR, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Services Offered

ANOQR provides the following services:

• Internship Programs: Skill development and career training
• Franchisee Opportunities: Business ownership at national, state, or regional levels
• Leadership Positions: Hierarchical roles with revenue sharing
• Learning Management System (LMS): Access to courses, lessons, and certificates
• Networking Platform: Connect with like-minded professionals
• Referral System: Earn commissions by referring new members

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Payment Terms

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed via Razorpay
• You must provide valid payment information
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

5.2 Refund Policy

• Internships: Refunds available within 7 days of enrollment if no content has been accessed
• Franchisee Applications: Application fees are non-refundable
• Courses: Refunds available within 14 days if less than 20% of content has been completed

6. Referral Programme

6.1 Who may take part

The ANOQR referral programme is open only to individuals who are residents of India and are at least 18 years of age. It is not offered outside India, and participation from outside India is not permitted.

• One participant, one account. Additional accounts controlled by the same person do not earn.
• Payouts are made in Indian Rupees only, to an Indian bank account or UPI ID held in the participant's own name.
• Only purchases made in Indian Rupees generate commission. A purchase made in any other currency earns nothing.

6.2 What is paid

Commission arises only when a member you referred makes a genuine, completed purchase on ANOQR. It is paid on that member's first paid plan and on the verification fee, at the published rate for your tier, together with any milestone bonus and creator share described on the programme pages. Published rates state a range because the higher rate applies only to verified members.

Commission is credited to your ANOQR referral wallet. A withdrawal may be requested once your balance reaches the published minimum, and approved withdrawals are ordinarily processed to your registered payout method within seven working days.

6.3 What this programme is not

The programme is a single-level affiliate arrangement. It is not a chit fund, prize chit, lottery, or money circulation scheme within the meaning of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978, and it is not a multi-level or network marketing scheme. Specifically:

• There is no fee, subscription or purchase required to join or to remain in the programme.
• You earn only on members you refer directly. There is no second level: you earn nothing on members referred by the people you referred.
• No payment of any kind arises from enrolling a person. Payment arises only from that person's own purchase of a product or service, at their sole discretion.
• There is no rank, position, hierarchy, downline or team structure, and no benefit depends on recruiting a number of people.

6.4 No guaranteed income

ANOQR makes no representation, promise or projection as to any amount you may earn. Earnings depend entirely on whether members you refer choose to purchase, and many participants earn nothing. Any figure shown anywhere on the platform is an illustration of how the programme calculates commission, not a forecast of your result. You must not describe the programme to anyone as an income, a salary, a job, or a guaranteed return.

6.5 Tax

Commission earned under this programme is your income and is taxable in your hands under the Income Tax Act, 1961. ANOQR deducts tax at source where the law requires it. Your PAN must be recorded on your account before any payout can be released, and one PAN may be registered on one ANOQR account only. Once a payout has been made against a PAN, it can be changed only through support, so that the record of who was paid cannot be rewritten after the fact. You remain responsible for declaring this income and for your own returns. If you are registered under GST, you are responsible for your own compliance in respect of amounts received.

6.6 How you may promote

When you promote your referral link publicly — on social media, in a group, in a channel, in a video, or in any other public place — you must disclose plainly that you earn a commission, in accordance with the ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media. You must not:

• promise, guarantee or imply any level of income to anyone;
• describe ANOQR as an investment, a scheme, or an opportunity to earn without purchase by others;
• create an account, or complete a purchase, on another person's behalf;
• send unsolicited bulk messages, or contact numbers obtained without consent;
• make any claim about ANOQR that ANOQR has not itself published.

6.7 Fraud

Self-referral, accounts created to refer one another, use of multiple devices or identities to simulate referrals, and any other manipulation of attribution will result in forfeiture of the balance concerned and may result in termination of your account. Limits apply to how many attributions may originate from one device and to the value and number of withdrawals in a rolling day.

6.8 Changes

ANOQR may vary the commission rates, milestone bonuses, eligible products or minimum thresholds, and may suspend or withdraw the programme, on thirty days' notice published on the programme pages. Commission already accrued and approved before the change takes effect will be honoured on the terms under which it was earned.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ANOQR, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of ANOQR or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse-engineer or decompile our software
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Scrape or harvest data from our platform

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, threaten, or defame other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Engage in spamming or phishing
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.

9. Disclaimers

NO WARRANTIES: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.

RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED: While we strive to provide quality education and opportunities, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement, income, or career advancement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANOQR and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ANOQR in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANOQR, its legal entities, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• You forfeit access to all content and data
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, India].

For users outside India, disputes may be resolved in the jurisdiction of the applicable legal entity.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
