The exam is open to students in every state in India and runs on its own schedule — registration, the exam, marking, results and payments all happen without anyone having to be rung up. So this desk answers in writing: send the form below and the reply comes to your email.

Start practisingIf a payment was debited but not confirmed
Wait a few minutes and reload the dashboard — a completed payment confirms itself. If the payment never completed, the bank returns the money on its own, usually within 5–7 working days. Write to us only if neither has happened.
If you have won a scholarship
Bank details go into the dashboard, never into an email or a message. Instalments are paid on the 5th of each month, and any that fall due before the account is checked are held and paid afterwards, not lost.
