2. Internship Programs

Internship Plans (Priced in INR)

  • Crash Plan: ₹99 (1 Day Online)
  • Start Plan: ₹499 (1 Week Online)
  • Scale Plan: ₹4,999 (3 Months Online)
  • Fly Plan: ₹9,999 (6 Months Online)

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment.
  • No content, lessons, or course materials must have been accessed.
  • Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • If any course content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • If more than 7 days have passed since enrollment.
  • If the internship certificate has been issued.

3. Courses & Learning Programs

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
  • Less than 20% of course content must have been completed.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • If more than 20% of the course has been completed.
  • If the course completion certificate has been issued.
  • If the course was purchased using promotional/discounted pricing.

4. Membership Plans

Membership Tiers (Priced in INR)

  • Free Tier: ₹0
  • Silver Tier: ₹999 (Regular) / ₹499 (With Referral)
  • Gold Tier: ₹2,999 (Regular) / ₹1,499 (With Referral)
  • Platinum Tier: ₹9,999 (Regular) / ₹4,999 (With Referral)

Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.
  • Upgrades between tiers are non-refundable.
  • Unused membership periods are forfeited upon cancellation.

5. Franchisee Applications

  • Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • This applies to National, State, District, and Regional franchise applications.

6. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

To cancel a service or request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@anoqr.com
  2. Include your order ID, email address, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Our team will respond within 48 hours.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay and Cashfree payment gateways. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
