1. Important Business Model Statement

ANOQR provides the digital platform for publishing listings. ANOQR does not purchase, sell, own or take title to goods or services advertised by users and does not receive the underlying sale consideration between buyers and sellers.

All negotiations, inspection agreements, payments, deliveries, title transfers, and contracts of sale occur directly between the buyer and the seller. ANOQR is not a seller, reseller, auctioneer, escrow agent, or party to any transaction between platform users.

2. Seller Representations & Warranties

By creating a listing on ANOQR Market, the seller represents and warrants that:

• You are the lawful owner or authorized seller of the advertised item or service.
• The item is free from legal encumbrances, liens, or un-disclosed defects.
• All listing titles, photos, specs, prices, and condition descriptions are truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• The sale of the item complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, safety standards, and licensing requirements.

3. Prohibited Products & Content List

Sellers are strictly prohibited from publishing listings containing or advertising:

• Nudity, adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit images/services.
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or tactical combat equipment.
• Narcotics, illegal drugs, prescription medications, or controlled substances.
• Counterfeit goods, pirated software, replica items, or stolen property.
• Hazardous materials, toxic chemicals, or illegal waste.
• Endangered animal species, wildlife parts, or un-permitted live animals.
• Financial pyramid schemes, fraudulent loans, human organs, or deceptive services.

4. AI Safety Screening & Instant Removal

All seller photos and text are subject to automated AI vision scanning. Listings containing flagged or prohibited content will be automatically blocked from publication.

ANOQR reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban seller accounts that repeatedly attempt to post non-compliant or fraudulent listings.

5. Buyer-Seller Dispute Disclaimer

ANOQR does not inspect, verify, store, or ship goods. ANOQR disclaims any responsibility for item quality, safety, authenticity, non-delivery, or payment disputes between buyers and sellers.

Sellers are urged to meet buyers in safe, public locations, recommend in-person inspection, and use secure direct payment methods.
