ANOQR provides transparent listing options for individual sellers and businesses:
Paid listing packages, featured ad slots, and promotional boost credits are digital services executed and delivered immediately upon transaction processing.
Once a paid listing is activated, a package credit is issued, or a listing boost is applied to your ad, the digital service is considered fully performed.
Due to the immediate digital nature of publishing and promotional services, fees paid for listing packages, individual ad features, or boost credits are non-refundable, except under the specific circumstances outlined below:
If a technical error or payment gateway malfunction results in duplicate charges or fails to provision package credits to your account, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days upon notification to [email protected].
If ANOQR fails to publish a valid paid listing due to a verified platform outage or system error (unrelated to content rejection), we will grant equivalent replacement credits or issue a full refund at our discretion.
If a listing or account is rejected, blocked, or terminated due to violations of our Seller Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, illegal goods, fraudulent activity, or safety flags (including nudity, explicit content, or weapons detected by AI moderation), NO refund, partial refund, or credit replacement will be provided.
