Explains how ANOQR collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects your personal data and listing media.

1. Information We Collect

ANOQR respects your personal privacy. We collect data necessary to provide our digital marketplace, AI auto-listing tools, and security enforcement services:

Account Information: Name, email address, mobile phone number, profile avatar, and account preferences.
Listing Media & Content: Photos, listing titles, descriptions, price data, and item specs uploaded by sellers.
Location Data: IP address, country code, state, city, locality, and optional GPS coordinates provided for distance-based marketplace matching.
Payment & Billing Metadata: Transaction IDs, package purchase history, and ad-credit balances (processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant partners; raw card numbers or banking secrets are NEVER stored on ANOQR servers).
Technical & Usage Data: Device type, browser info, operating system, IP address, page views, and search queries.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data for the following lawful purposes:

Delivering digital listing, publishing, and promotional services.
Processing uploaded images using Google Gemini AI for listing drafting and automated safety moderation (detecting explicit content or prohibited items).
Facilitating buyer-seller chat and inquiry notifications.
Preventing fraud, spam, illegal listings, and unauthorized platform access.
Complying with statutory tax, legal, and statutory reporting obligations.

3. Data Storage & Service Providers

We partner with industry-leading infrastructure and cloud providers to process and store data securely:

Cloud Storage (Cloudflare R2)

Listing images and media files are stored on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage with global CDN delivery and WebP optimization.

AI Processing (Google Gemini API)

Uploaded listing images are processed via encrypted API calls to Google Gemini AI strictly for item identification, metadata extraction, and safety screening. Images are not used to train public AI models.

Payment Processing (Razorpay & Stripe)

Payments for ad packages and boosts are handled directly by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways.

4. User Privacy Rights

Depending on your location (including India DPDP Act 2023, EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to:

Access and review the personal data associated with your account.
Rectify inaccurate or outdated profile information.
Request permanent account and data deletion via our self-service Data Deletion portal (/data-deletion).
Withdraw consent for optional analytics or promotional marketing communications.

5. Security & Data Retention

We implement transport layer security (TLS 1.3), database encryption at rest, strict access controls, and regular audits to protect your data.

Personal data is retained only for as long as your account remains active or as required by statutory law (e.g. tax records and legal compliance). Deleted listing media is removed from active storage within 30 days.
