This page applies to ANOQR — the website anoqr.com and the ANOQR app for Android — and explains how to have your account and your data deleted.

Ask for your account to be deleted

1. Write to [email protected] with the subject Delete my ANOQR account.
2. Send it from the email address on your ANOQR account, or include the phone number you sign in with, so we can confirm the account is yours.
3. We reply to confirm, and delete the account and the data below within 30 days of that confirmation.

In the ANOQR app, this page is under Phone → You → Delete my account.

What is deleted

• Your account, profile, photo and sign-in details.
• Your contacts and call history synced from your phone, your blocked numbers and your caller ID settings.
• Your posts, listings, Link page and other content you published.
• Your chat keys and the messages stored for you (messages are end-to-end encrypted; we cannot read them).

What is kept, and for how long

• Records of payments, orders and invoices, for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. They are not used for anything else.
• Spam reports you made about other numbers are kept only as counts, without your name, and stop counting a year after they were made.
• Messages you sent to other people stay in their chats, as with any messaging service.

Only some of your data

You do not need to delete your account to remove parts of it. In the app: Phone → Caller ID switches off and deletes your call history; Phone → Contacts forgets your synced contacts; unlinking your phone stops the app sending anything. See the privacy policy.
