Your ANOQR ID: one handle you can print, say and reuse

Try reading your own profile URL to somebody over a phone call. That exercise is the whole argument for a short handle.

An ANOQR ID is a short name you claim once and then reuse everywhere: your public profile, your referral link, your listings, and the QR code you print on a decal. It is the one string you can print on a poster, say out loud, and put in a bio that already has no room in it.

What it is attached to

The ID is not a separate account. It names the ANOQR account you already have — the one that covers the feed, the marketplace, jobs, shops and QR calling. One account across ANOQR sets out what that single login reaches.

Which means claiming a good ID is worth doing early, for the ordinary reason: names go.

The ₹99 verification, and what it actually buys

Verification costs ₹99 and does two separate things, only one of which people remember.

The visible one is the shield on your profile — the signal that gets a stranger to reply to your listing, take your job application seriously, or buy a sticker kit from you rather than from nobody.

The other is that your referral slab moves from 25% to 50%, on everything you refer, for as long as you hold it. Verified members earn double works through the arithmetic; the short version is that for most people it pays for itself on the first referral.

Verification is optional. It is never required to use ANOQR, to earn, or to complete the marketing internship.

Scarce names are claimed with coins, not rupees

Short, obvious, memorable IDs are finite. They are not sold for money — they are claimed with ANOQR Coins, which are earned by using the platform rather than bought.

That is a deliberate choice about who should end up with the good names. A scarce handle going to whoever has the most coins means it goes to somebody who has actually been here. A scarce handle going to whoever pays the most means it goes to whoever is quickest with a card, and then to a reseller.

There is no transfer button, and there will not be one

You cannot sell an ANOQR ID, and you cannot transfer one to another member.

This is not an omission. A name that can change hands makes coins transferable by proxy: I cannot send you 5,000 coins, but if I could spend them on a name and hand you the name, I have sent you 5,000 coins with extra steps. The moment that works, coins have a market price and stop being a loyalty balance.

The ID page says this in as many words rather than leaving people to discover it at the point they try.

Choosing one

Four things worth knowing before you claim:

1. Short beats clever. You will be saying this over a phone, in a noisy shop, to somebody writing it on paper.
2. No spelling traps. If you have to say "with a K", pick another.
3. Pick for six months from now. The ID travels with the account, so choose the one that still fits when you are selling something different.
4. Check it as a stranger. Open your public profile in a private browser window and read it the way somebody who has never met you would.
