The ANOQR wallet: balance, pending and total earned

The wallet shows a balance, a pending balance and a total earned. Confusing the three is the source of nearly every "why can I not withdraw this" question, and the distinction is simple once stated.

What this covers
  1. The three numbers
  2. Why pending exists
  3. What lands in the wallet
  4. The transaction list
  5. Getting paid out
  6. One sentence

The wallet shows three numbers. Nearly every question about it comes from reading one of them as another.

The three numbers

Total earned is the lifetime figure — everything ever credited to you, including amounts already paid out. It only ever goes up. It is a history, not money you have.

Pending balance is earned but not yet available. Amounts sit here while the transaction they came from settles. Nothing is being withheld; it is the gap between a thing happening and that thing being final.

Balance is what you can actually withdraw today.

So the normal, healthy state is total earned being larger than balance, often by a lot, and the number to look at when you want to be paid is the balance.

Why pending exists

A referral earns when someone signs up. That sign-up can still be reversed — a duplicate account, a payment that fails, an account removed for abuse. Paying out instantly and clawing back later is a far worse experience than a short settling period, and the settling period is what the pending balance is.

The practical implication: a number that appeared this morning is not necessarily a number you can request this morning.

What lands in the wallet

Ad credits are not wallet money. Credits are a separate balance that posts listings; they cannot be converted into wallet balance or withdrawn. Two different things, two different pages — how credits work covers those.

The transaction list

Every movement is listed with a type, an amount, a description and a status. It is worth reading it when a number surprises you, because the answer is nearly always there: something moved from pending to available, something reversed, or a payout was requested.

If a transaction genuinely looks wrong, note its date and description before contacting support. A specific line is resolved quickly; "my balance seems wrong" is not.

Getting paid out

Payouts are requested from the wallet, against the available balance.

  • Enter bank details carefully. A wrong digit is the most common cause of a delayed payout, and the slowest to unwind.
  • Verify your account. Verification is the platform's basis for knowing who is being paid, and it separately doubles your referral rate.
  • Do not submit a second request for a payout that is already showing as requested. Contact support with the original date instead.

One sentence

Total earned is history, pending is not yet yours, balance is what you can request — and ad credits are a different thing entirely.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my ANOQR wallet balance lower than my total earned?
Total earned is a lifetime figure including amounts already paid out. Balance is what is available to withdraw now. The two are meant to differ.
What does pending balance mean?
Money earned but not yet settled. Amounts sit in pending while the transaction that produced them becomes final, which is why an amount credited today may not be withdrawable today.
Can I withdraw my ad credits as money?
No. Ad credits post listings and are a separate balance from the wallet. They cannot be converted to wallet balance or withdrawn.
What goes into the wallet?
Referral earnings, Share & Earn campaign earnings, and any adjustments or refunds that apply.
My payout has not arrived. What should I do?
Check the transaction list for the request, then contact support with its date and description. Do not submit a second request for the same payout.
