Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

The ANOQR Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw" or "Promotional Activity") is a promotional program conducted by ANOQR Network Private Limited ("ANOQR", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, exclusively for users who purchase Digital Business Cards or NFC Cards through the official ANOQR platform at anoqr.com.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age
• Participants must be residents of India
• Participants must have completed a valid purchase of a Digital Business Card (₹100) or NFC Card (₹500) on the ANOQR platform
• Employees, directors, and immediate family members of ANOQR and its affiliates are not eligible to participate
• Each purchase qualifies for one (1) entry into the Lucky Draw

2.1 Automatic Entry:

Upon successful completion of a qualifying purchase (Digital Business Card or NFC Card), participants are automatically enrolled in the next available Lucky Draw. No separate registration or additional payment is required for Lucky Draw participation.

2.2 Entry Confirmation:

Participants will receive confirmation of their Lucky Draw entry via email and/or in-app notification. The entry number and draw date will be communicated to participants.

2.3 No Purchase of Entry:

The Lucky Draw is a complimentary promotional benefit tied to a genuine product purchase. It is expressly clarified that:

• The purchase price is solely for the Digital Business Card or NFC Card product
• No portion of the purchase price constitutes payment for Lucky Draw participation
• Entries cannot be purchased separately or independently

3.1 Selection Method:

Winners are selected through a cryptographically secure randomized draw process using industry-standard algorithms. The selection process is automated, transparent, and auditable. Each draw generates a unique random seed using SHA-256 hashing to ensure fairness and prevent manipulation.

3.2 Draw Schedule:

Lucky Draws are conducted periodically at ANOQR's discretion. The specific draw dates, time, and prizes will be announced on the ANOQR platform and communicated to eligible participants in advance.

3.3 Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified via the registered email address and/or phone number within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize, failing which an alternate winner may be selected.

3.4 Verification:

Winners are subject to identity verification. ANOQR reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Voter ID) and proof of purchase before prize disbursement.

4.1 Prize Details:

Prize descriptions, values, and quantities for each Lucky Draw will be published on the ANOQR platform prior to the draw. Prizes may include but are not limited to:

• Cash rewards (credited to ANOQR Wallet or bank account)
• ANOQR platform credits
• Premium membership upgrades
• Merchandise and vouchers
• Electronic devices and gadgets

4.2 Non-Transferability:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (unless the prize itself is a cash reward). Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

4.3 Tax Liability:

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per the Income Tax Act, 1961. For prizes exceeding ₹10,000, TDS at the applicable rate (currently 30% under Section 194B) will be deducted before prize disbursement, or the winner must provide proof of tax payment.

ANOQR reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Attempts to tamper with, hack, or manipulate the draw process
• Creates multiple accounts or uses fraudulent means to obtain additional entries
• Violates any terms of the ANOQR platform or these Lucky Draw terms
• Obtains entries through refunded or disputed transactions
• Is found to be ineligible based on the criteria stated in Section 1

6.1 Not a Lottery or Gambling Scheme:

This Lucky Draw is a promotional activity and is expressly NOT a lottery, gambling, or betting scheme as defined under:

• The Public Gambling Act, 1867
• The Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998
• Any state-specific lottery or gambling legislation

Participants do not pay any consideration specifically for the chance to win prizes. The Lucky Draw is purely incidental to a bona fide product purchase.

6.2 Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Registered Office Location], India.

ANOQR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Lucky Draw program at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws. In case of termination:

• Existing entries will be honored for any draws already scheduled
• No compensation will be provided for entries not yet assigned to a draw
• The core product (Digital Business Card/NFC Card) remains valid and unaffected

Participant information collected for Lucky Draw purposes will be handled in accordance with the ANOQR Privacy Policy. Winner names may be published on the ANOQR platform and social media channels for promotional purposes.

By participating, winners consent to the use of their name, photograph (if provided), city, and winning details for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANOQR, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any technical failures, delays, or interruptions affecting the draw
• Loss or damage arising from participation in the Lucky Draw
• Any defect in prizes provided by third-party vendors
• Tax implications arising from prize winnings
