LangVR Move · dance fitness & yoga · phone or VR
Dance and stretch with teachers from everywhere.
Latin cardio from Colombia, Bhangra from Punjab, sunrise yoga in the Himalaya — in your own room, at your own pace, nobody watching. Put on a headset and the room disappears.
Private
No studio mirror, no class watching you. Your living room, your pace, your playlist volume.
Immersive
In a headset the walls fall away — a beach at dawn, a ridge in the Himalaya. Confidence comes easier where nobody can see you.
Counted
Minutes, active days and an honest calorie estimate. In VR, your bounces and squats score points.
Licensed music
Every studio track is Creative Commons, credited under the player. Every video is licensed footage or the instructor’s own.

Is it really free to try?
Yes. The first five minutes of every class play free, with no account and no card. Sign in only when you want to keep going.
Do I need a VR headset?
No. Every Standard class plays on a phone, laptop or TV. A headset — a Meta Quest, a Pico, or a ₹300 cardboard viewer for your phone — opens the Premium immersive studio and the 360° classes.
Can I switch instructors?
As often as you like. A monthly or yearly pass opens every class on your tier, from every instructor in every country, so you can do Brazilian samba on Monday and Mysore-style yoga on Tuesday.
Is this Zumba?
Move is dance fitness — Latin, Bollywood, Bhangra, Afro and more. Zumba® is a trademark of Zumba Fitness, LLC; only licensed instructors may call their classes Zumba, and some instructors here hold that licence and say so on their profile.
Is it safe for beginners and older adults?
Start with the Beginner classes — Gentle Dance Walk has no jumping at all. Stop if anything hurts, keep water nearby, and check with a doctor first if you have a heart condition, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury.
Does the pass renew automatically?
No. A pass runs for its days and stops. Buy the next one when you are ready; buying early adds the new days on the end, so nothing is lost.
