For dance-fitness and yoga instructors, anywhere in the world

Teach once. Get paid every month by members on the other side of the world.

Upload your classes. Members pay a small monthly pass and practise with whoever they like — and 50% of what each member pays goes to the instructors they practise with, split by the minutes. Film in 360° and your classes join the Premium VR tier, on the same 50%.

1 · Apply and upload

Tell us who you are and what you teach. Upload classes of 5 minutes to 3 hours straight from your phone or laptop.

2 · We review

A person watches every class before it goes live — safety, sound, picture and music rights. Usually within two working days.

3 · Members practise

Every member gets the first five minutes free, then buys a class, a month or a year — and can practise with you as often as they like.

4 · You are paid

Each month closes on the 3rd. 50% of the net from your members is yours, paid by UPI, bank transfer, PayPal or Wise.

What could you earn?

Move the sliders. Every price and percentage below is the live one; nothing here is rounded in your favour.

Film in 360° and teach in VR

A member in a headset stands in your studio, on your beach, on your rooftop. Upload a 360° class and it goes into the Premium VR tier, where passes cost more — and you still keep 50% of the net.

  • Any consumer 360° camera works — Insta360 X3/X4, GoPro MAX, Ricoh Theta.
  • Mount it at chest height, about 1.5 m from you. Do not move the camera during the class.
  • Export equirectangular MP4 (H.264), 4K at 30 fps. Mono or top-bottom stereo.
  • Light the room evenly — 360° sees everything, including the lamp behind you.

What a good class looks like

  • Landscape, 1080p or better, steady camera, your whole body in frame.
  • A clear warm-up and cool-down, and cues for beginners.
  • Talk to the member — your voice is the reason they choose you.
  • Teach in your own language. Members filter by language and love variety.

Music rights

Use only music you are allowed to publish: your own, royalty-free, or Creative Commons with the credit in your class notes. Film and chart songs are refused — a single claim can take a class down. Instructors without a Zumba® licence may not use the Zumba name; “dance fitness” is yours to use.

Bring your own students, too

Every instructor gets a referral link. Share your classes with it: when someone you sent buys their first pass, the ANOQR referral programme pays you up to 50% of the net as commission (India, 18+) — on top of your 50% share of their practice.

Who owns my classes?

You do. You give Move a non-exclusive licence to stream them to members, and you can archive a class at any time. Teach anywhere else as well.

How exactly is the 50% split?

Each month, every pass's net revenue for that month is halved. A member's half is divided between the instructors they practised with, in proportion to the minutes. A one-class pass bought for your class sends its whole half to you.

When am I paid?

Each month closes on the 3rd of the next. Your closed balance can be withdrawn once it passes the minimum, to UPI or a bank in India, or PayPal or Wise elsewhere.

Do I need to be certified?

A recognised teaching certification (Yoga Alliance RYT, a national yoga board, a dance-fitness licence) speeds up review. Without one, a strong portfolio of your teaching does the same job.

What about taxes?

Payouts are gross of your own taxes. Indian instructors may be asked for a PAN; instructors elsewhere declare the income where they live.
